The villa’s location on Pacific Canyon Drive offers postcard views of Manuel Antonio National Park, Cathedral Point, and the Pacific Coastline from nearly every level of the home, while top restaurants and amenities are just a few hundred yards away.
The entry-level features a king bedroom, a bunk room with two twin beds and two double beds, and one full bathroom with a walk-in closet, frameless glass, and a rain shower. The second floor hosts four ensuite bedrooms with king beds, air conditioning, and private balconies with ocean views. The villa can accommodate up to 16 guests, with a base rate for up to 12 people.
The villa’s real showpiece is the enormous open floor plan kitchen, living, and dining area, and the rooftop terrace and pool. The main common living, dining, and kitchen area feature floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, with a spacious atrium area that makes guests feel like they are suspended in the jungle canopy. The rooftop terrace boasts a double-sided infinity pool and a full outdoor kitchen/BBQ area, lounge chairs, dining table for six, and a powder room. The views from these top levels are breathtaking, inviting guests to take endless pictures, host dinner parties, and create unforgettable memories.
To ensure an extraordinary vacation experience, the villa offers pre-arrival concierge services, a house host available during your stay, and daily housekeeping. Guests also have access to a washer and dryer.

Chef services
Chef services cost $150 a day for one meal or $190 a day for 2 meals, your choice of which 2 meals each day and your choice of menu. These rates are for up to 10 people, each additional person costs $15 a day. The cost of food is additional, the chef will do all of the shopping for you and bring you the receipts.
Occupancy policy
- Occupancy is based on 2 people per room until all bedrooms are rented
- For each guest above 12 in a 6 bedroom rental there is an additional fee:
- $75 a night in high season and holiday weeks
- $61 a night in mid season
- $47 a night in low season
- Bedrooms not rented will not be offered to anyone else, the property is always private to just your group.

Cancellations
To reserve this home we will send you a rental agreement email. This will hold the reservation for 3 days for us to receive your reply email agreeing to the terms. Once we have the reply email we will give you another 7 days for us to receive the first 50% deposit. The remaining 50% payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
There is a damage protection fee of $120 due with the final payment.
For payments we can accept VISA/MasterCard or wire transfers.For any charges made to a VISA/MasterCard there will also be a 6% surcharge.
For any wire transfer that we receive there is a $40 flat fee.
