This large property has a two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom main house and a two-bedroom, two-bathroom guest house, separated by 15 yards of tropical gardens. The main house features a 180° wrap-around deck to soak in the ocean view and spectacular sunsets.

Nestled in 12 acres, you will enjoy the relaxing ocean and forest sights and sounds. The home is near plenty of activities including surfing, hiking, and jungle adventures and a variety of beaches along Costa Ballena.

This house is very private and the silence is only broken by the sounds of nature all around you. There is a wonderful ocean breeze that you will enjoy in the open-style living area and throughout the grounds. The surrounding forest and truly spectacular ocean views will delight you during your entire vacation.

The house is off the main road between Dominical and Uvita, the two closest towns, each a 10-minute drive. The house is also a short walking distance from a 4-star hotel with an excellent vegan-friendly restaurant.  There is also a very secluded low-tide beach through a rustic forest path, and takes about 20 minutes to get there.
