Casa Del Sol

Casa del Sol is a four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, fully air-conditioned home in the heart of Manuel Antonio. The home is made up of the main house with all living spaces, three bedrooms and a guest house with one bedroom. All have their en-suite bathroom and king-size beds.

There are three levels that make up the main floor of this villa. On the first level of the home, you will see a large modern kitchen and a living room with a half- bathroom. The kitchen has granite countertops and all new modern appliances with handmade custom cabinets.  In the living room of this vacation rental is a large flat-screen TV with built in Netflix. The second level has a beautiful dining area with plenty of room for family and friends. The views from the dining table are magnificent. The third level has a balcony with perfect views, along with a pool table and Foosball table.  Play some pool or relax on the terrace while watching the stunning sunsets of Manuel Antonio.

On the second floor of the main house, there is a master suite and two guest bedrooms, which are separated by a catwalk. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and a large-screen TV. The master suite comes with its private balcony and fantastic ocean views. This vacation home is mainly built with tinted glass walls for privacy that allow for a 270-degree view of the jungle, Pacific Ocean, mountains, and valleys. Situated above surrounding homes, this villa is very private. The rear terrace is large and is surrounded by a tropical forest that is home to a vast array of exotic wildlife, which pass
by the house often.

The guest house is on the opposite side of the pool and has a king bed, sofa, and a full bath.

All of the bedrooms have a large flat-screen TV.

The villa has a private pool with plenty of lounge space for taking in the tropical sun. There is covered parking below the villa for two vehicles. This vacation rental is a nature lover’s dream, with fantastic views of the local exotic wildlife and stunning sunsets.
