This first-class luxury home is located on the highest hill in Manuel Antonio, providing a 270º panoramic view of Manuel Antonio National Park and the mountains that surround it.

The 5,200-square foot home features five luxurious bedrooms. All are air-conditioned and have full baths and stone showers.

The combined living and game room is on the third floor. This magnificent room has 15-foot ceilings of native crafted mats and bamboo, supported by large hardwood columns of exotic native wood and hand-carved stone supports. The views from this level are awe-inspiring and will take your breath away.

The seating area has cable TV, a DVD player, and stereo. The layout and open air doors allows guests to enjoy the surrounding nature without the need for air conditioning.  This airy, vaulted space has five ceiling fans, softly cooling the interior. The room is completely open on all sides to the tropical breezes. Take in the spectacular views from the deck and enjoy the surrounding nature. The pool table and bar area will provide you with endless hours of fun time.

A large private balcony is accessible from the master suite. This room has a king-size bed and a large bathroom with a tub and stone shower.

The four guest bedrooms feature truly amazing views and lots of privacy as there is only one per level. Two of the room have king beds, one has a queen, and the 4th has two full-size beds. All bedrooms have beautifully appointed bathrooms with custom sinks of glazed earthenware or hand-carved stone.

Note: You can rent Casa Samba as a four-bedroom home or include the fifth bedroom upon request. The property is always private to only your group.

The dining area and kitchen on the ground floor have sliding glass doors opening to the pool. A large outdoor deck provides plenty of space to bask in the sun and enjoy the cool tropical breezes. In the morning, enjoy the Mono Titis and squirrel monkeys leaping through the trees around the house, while sipping locally grown coffee.

Relax around the 25-foot pool and gaze lazily at the birds above while listening to the soothing sounds of the surf below.

This magnificent home was designed by an award-winning decorator. It is located in a gated community between the world-famous Mariposa and Si Como No hotels. Easily accessible, it is only 20 minutes away from the San Jose airport by air or 2.5 hours by car.
