A Five-Level, Private Home For Your Manuel Antonio Vacation

This stunning 10,500-square foot vacation home is surrounded by beautiful jungle and magnificent ocean views.

The 5-level home features a multi-colored glass skylight that creates beautiful patterns on the wooden floors below. The large main house has 6 private suites on multiple levels and there are 2 secluded guest houses, each with 2 bedrooms.

With ten extra-large luxury bedrooms, this is one of Manuel Antonio’s best vacation rentals. It can be rented as a private six-bedroom house; additional bedrooms can be booked as needed. See our rates page for more details. The home offers you and your travel group privacy during your entire vacation.

Throughout the home, you will find beautiful teak hardwood flooring and high vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all American modern appliances.  Take a look at our floor plans. A private chef is included for 2 meals per day (cost of food and drinks are additional). Ask us about our meal plans to include the food and drinks, with or without alcohol.

Enjoy the sights and sounds of the exotic birds swooping through the canopy as you drink a cup of Costa Rican coffee at sunrise. Enjoy a day hiking through the National Park at Manuel Antonio / Costa Rica. Play in the surf or enjoy one of the many adventure tours available in the area.

Spend your sunsets relaxing on the back veranda looking out high above the natural rainforest. Watch the monkeys hanging out in the trees nearby.

A personal representative will greet you upon arrival. They will be available to recommend excellent tours and excursions and make your stay in Manuel Antonio memorable, comfortable and enjoyable.

The television on the main level has a Bose surround sound system, and both TVs come equipped with cable. The game room has a regulation pool table and indoor plunge pool accented with a waterfall. Large glass doors provide an expansive view of the jungle outside and open wide to let the tropical breezes in.

Things to keep in mind

House rules

  • Check-in is after 3:00 pm. If you will be arriving late please let us know what time by calling our office at 2777-5258 or the hosts at 6039-0305 or 6021-2479.
  • No smoking inside the villa
  • Due to limited parking and as a courtesy to the neighbors, please consult with the office regarding any parties you plan for more than the members of your group

Weddings

  • A Wedding site fee will be applied starting at $400 dollars and depending on the size of the group

Chef services

  • Rates include Chef Services for 2 meals a day
  • The rate depends on the number of people and availability
  • The cost of food and drinks is additional

Occupancy policy

  • Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom until all bedrooms are rented
  • For each guest above 20 in a 10 bedroom rental there is an additional fee:
    • $75 a night in high season and holiday weeks
    • $61 a night in mid season
    • $47 a night in low season
  • Bedrooms not rented will not be offered to anyone else, the property is always private to just your group.
