50% deposit when booking
50% 30 days prior to arrival
$500 fully refundable security deposit
Refund Policy and Other Additions:
Due to the nature of our business, we get most of our bookings 3 months
in advance. We have a "no refund" policy unless we book the house for
the same dates that you had reserved. In that situation, we will refund
50% of the rental price. The damage deposit is 100% refundable upon
cancellation.
All prices are for groups of 8. Inquire about rates for
larger groups.
Due to limited parking and as a courtesy to the
neighbors, please consult with the office regarding any parties
you plan for more than the members of your group.
No pets allowed.
No smoking inside the villa.
