Refund Policy and Other Additions:
Due to the nature of our business, we get
most of our bookings 3 months in advance. We
have a "no refund" policy unless we
book the house for the same dates that you had
reserved. In this case, 50% of the rental will
be refunded. The damage deposit is
100% refundable upon cancellation.
Check
with the owner prior to having parties
for groups larger than 12.
All prices are set for groups of 8.
For more than 8, an additional price
will apply.
No pets allowed.
No smoking inside the villa.
