This first-class luxury home is situated on the highest hill in Manuel Antonio, providing a 270º panoramic view of Manuel Antonio National park and the mountains that surround it.

The combined living and game room is on the third floor. This magnificent room has 15 foot ceilings of native crafted mats and bamboo supported by unique hardwood columns of exotic native wood and hand-carved stone supports. This room also has a large indoor heated pool.

The seating area has cable TV, DVD player and stereo. This airy, vaulted space has 5 ceiling fans softly cooling the interior. The room is completely open on all sides to the tropical breezes. Take in the spectacular views from the deck and enjoy the surrounding nature

A large private balcony is accessible from the master suite. This room has a king size bed and large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and stone shower. The top 4 bedrooms feature spectacular views and have queen beds. All bedrooms have beautifully appointed bathrooms with custom sinks of glazed earthenware or hand-carved stone.  

Note:  You can rent Casa Samba as a four bedroom home or include the fifth bedroom upon request. The fifth bedroom has two twin beds.  

The atmosphere is a wonderful combination of luxury and tropical ambience.  Details include stonework, custom tile, landscaped tropical gardens, exotic hardwoods and bamboo, fountains and art collected from around the world.

The dining area and kitchen on the ground floor have sliding glass doors opening to the pool. A large outdoor deck provides plenty of space to bask in the sun and enjoy the cool tropical breezes. In the morning, enjoy the Mono Titi monkeys leaping through the trees around the house while sipping locally grown coffee.  

Relax around the 25-foot pool and gaze lazily at the birds above while listening to the soothing sounds of the surf below.

This magnificent home was designed by an award-winning decorator.  It is located in a gated community between the world-famous Mariposa and Si Como No hotels.  Only 20 minutes away from the San Jose airport by air and 3 hours by car, it is easily accessible.
