countertops and all new modern appliances with handmade custom
cabinets. There is a gas range top in the center kitchen island. In the
living room of this vacation rental there is a built in entertainment
center with integrated wiring in the walls and ceiling for surround
sound.
The
second tier
on the main floor consists of the dining room with plenty of seating
for entertaining guests with a home cooked gourmet meal. The views from
the dining table are magnificent. The third tier of this floor is a
large balcony looking outwards towards the Pacific Ocean. One can enjoy
themselves shooting some pool while watching the stunning sunsets of
Manuel Antonio.
On
the second
floor there is a master suite with 2 guest bedrooms which are separated
by a cat walk. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The master suite
comes with its own private balcony and amazing ocean views. The
vacation home is mainly built with tinted glass walls for privacy that
allow for a 270 degree view of the jungle, Pacific Ocean, mountain and
valley. Situated above surrounding homes, this villa is very private.
The rear terrace is large and is surrounded by tropical forest with a 5
ft high wall for added security. Exotic wild life passes by the home
daily.
The
villa has a
private pool with plenty of lounge space for taking in the tropical
sun. There is covered parking below the villa for 2 vehicles. This
vacation rental is a nature lovers dream with amazing views of the
local exotic wild life and stunning sunsets.
